Partner guide

Getting Started for Success

Greetings, partner. This is the simple plan: a first week that sets your foundation, daily habits that keep it moving, and the events that put you in front of people. Work it in order and you will never wonder what to do next.

Your first seven days

Day 1 — Set your foundation

Enroll with SECUREMYSPOT for the $99 start, create your account on the partner portal with the same email, and open your dashboard so everything you do is tracked from the first day.

Day 2 — Write your list of 30

Family, co-workers, church, school parents, gym, neighbours, your hairdresser. Do not judge who is interested — just write names. Add them to your dashboard as invited.

Day 3 — Tell your own story

Two sentences: why you joined and the trip you want first. People follow belief, not brochures. Post it and pin your join link.

Day 4 — Your first three customers

Refer three customers on the $39.99 membership and keep them active, and your own $39.99 is free. Three conversations a day for a week gets you there.

Day 5 — Book your business launch

Pick a date within 14 days. A launch is simply you, a room or a video call, and 20 minutes of your story plus the savings.

Day 6 — Learn the specials

Know three offers cold — the 8-day 4 & 5-star stays from $399, the Dominican Republic all-inclusive from $699 with Miami airfare, and the cruise from $196. Real prices open real conversations.

Day 7 — Place and plan

Move everyone out of your holding tank onto your left or right leg, mirror it in the company back office, then set next week's events.

Daily habits of partners who grow

  • Two new conversations a day — that is the whole business.
  • Follow up within 24 hours. The fortune really is in the follow-up.
  • Invite to an event, not to a lecture. Let the room do the selling.
  • Send every new member to the Travel Advisor Concierge for their first booking.
  • Log every name in your dashboard so nobody falls through the cracks.
  • Celebrate every join publicly — momentum attracts momentum.

Events and ideas that fill your team

Book something every single week. People join people they can see and hear.

Business launch

Your kickoff. 20–30 people, 30 minutes: your why, the savings, the two ways to join, then sign-ups on the spot. Do a second one 30 days later for the people who missed it.

Home travel parties

8–12 guests, light food, one hour. Themes that work: Caribbean Night, Cruise & Cocktails, Girls' Trip Planning, Mardi Gras, Passport Party (bring your bucket list), Wine & Wanderlust, Family Reunion Planning.

Local events and festivals

Community days, church fellowships, school fundraisers, chamber mixers. A table, a banner and a giveaway jar for contact details.

Flea markets and vendor booths

Low cost, high traffic. Offer a free travel-savings quote, collect names, follow up the same evening. Bring a tablet so people can join right at the table.

Coffee-shop one-on-ones

The highest-converting format there is. Two a week, 20 minutes each, phone open to the member savings.

Online rooms

A weekly 20-minute Zoom or Facebook Live. Same day, same time, every week — consistency builds the room for you.

Vacation raffles and giveaways

A drawing at any event collects contact details fast. Everyone who enters hears from you with a savings comparison.

Corporate and group travel

Family reunions, wedding parties, sports teams, church trips. One group conversation can seed a whole team.

Event checklist

  1. 1. Set the date and invite personally — texts, not mass posts.
  2. 2. Confirm guests the morning of the event.
  3. 3. Have your join links and the activation code ready on your phone.
  4. 4. Collect every contact detail, even from the people who say no today.
  5. 5. Follow up within 24 hours and add each person to your dashboard.

Keep your rewards on track

Travel vouchers are member rewards for keeping your membership active — $750 after 90 days of active membership and $3,500 after a full year. The countdown does not continue if a membership lapses.

Voucher amounts and timing are set by the travel company and are subject to change.
